40 years reputation and lasting persistence

Since its inception in 1973 Meifu Development Co., Ltd. has a history of over 40 years. In the past 40 years and more we have witnessed rapid economic development in Taiwan and drastic transformation of cities with high-rise buildings everywhere. As a member of the building industry, we have noted new demands for architectural design as time changes and the architectural parlance for architectural works also updated from time to time. Nevertheless, Meifu has never deviated from its motto of pursing excellence and setting the paradigm of accountability for the industry.

Every architectural work is a piece of art

The soul of a piece of art lies in stone, says Michelangelo. In front of an architectural blueprint and a piece of land, Meifu always examines it again and again from all angles in order to restore the best and original façade of a building. Dwelling on the morphology of a building, we are used to return to the basics of the building and contemplate about the purpose for the existence of the building. How to plan to meet the needs of the user?

"Buildings are functional works of art." Regardless of office buildings or residential buildings, Meifu has never deviated from this motto. Our strategy is to target at customer requirements by taking care of both function and quality and do market segmentation in producing top-end office buildings and superior residential homes. All along we have focused on the principle of "small but specialized" in launching a project—create superior construction quality and grand style for A grade office buildings and in residential buildings we focus on the family factor in design.

Meifu’s architectural works are rich in artistic flavor and it is particularly unique in landscaping. In the design and planning stage, Meifu often incorporates the street environment for overall consideration and use landscaping to enliven the space and harmonize the building with its surrounding environment—no wonder architectural works of Meifu often stand out in a cluster of buildings and become the landmark of the place.
